Ahooga is looking for a high-performing, high-potential and Cheerful Sales & Marketing Rep. to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing the region sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the board.


Your role will be primarily based in Brussels, in Ahooga showroom. However, the region you’re responsible for may require travels. 


As a Cheerful Sales & Marketing Rep., your responsibilities will be:


  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Represent the brand at tradeshows




  • 5-10 years work experience
  • Successful previous experience as a sales and/or marketing representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in Dutch (1), English (2), French (3); German is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Willingness to set the bicycle as your main daily mean of transport.
